The best way to submit a complaint is actually submitting the issue or complaint to the Better Business Bureau. You can also submit the issue to the local Manager.
The issue in GetHuman-curtmath's own words
I have been an eBay customer since ****. Over the last year or so I have had more issues the all of the other ** years combined. Today I have had to contact eBay twice, because of items I thought were from U.S. sellers and finding out they (*) are from China and Hong Kong. The eBay posting stated that both sellers were in California. When I had issues I found out otherwise. The one item ($***.**) the seller is from Hong Kong! I can assure you that if you post their origin correctly, that American consumers will NOT send $***.** to a dealer in Hong Kong for some piece of junk item like the one I received! At the very least, could you make it mandatory that the manufacture origin be posted on all new items? eBay has always been an easy and safe way to make purchases however, if you start letting sellers rip consumers off (even though eBay makes it right) eBay will be looked at as a junk fraud website, don’t let this happen!!
GetHuman-curtmath did not yet indicate what eBay should do to make this right.
