I have a seller limit on my account, I have called multiple times in an effort to get it increased, I have ALL positive feedback and there is no apparent reason why I should have this limit on my account. I verified information, have called * times and nothing has changed. The customer service “robot” is completely unhelpful as it only tells me to wait ** days to call again, but does not tell me what to actually do in order to be eligible for a limit increase. All the articles tell me that I just need to verify information and call, but that’s not working, and since you only offer a robot and I have not talked to a single live person, this problem persists. There is no reason why I should have this restriction, yet it has not been removed despite my efforts.
