I’m Up-North******Regarding Item ************ that I sold. If you look at the messages back and forth with the buyer I was having trouble getting him to show proof of my error. I contacted eBay twice and did exactly what they suggested. My customer would not comply. I have just refunded the item price and ****pping because I no longer want to deal with this. I also told him he did not have to send the item back, at one point it sounded like he wanted me to pay for ****pping back from a foreign country that he sent it on to. I was hoping for a fee credit and to make sure my side of this situation was on record in case the buyer gave me a negative feedback. Could you let me know what action in any that you take on a matter like this. Thanks. Rae
I trust that eBay will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
