Hello, I*ve been trying to contact ebay uk by telephone to discuss my seller fee*s invoice for this month. Due to unforeseen circumstances and the threat of redundancy I need to contact ebay to arrange payments of fees. The invoice amount is approx. ***.** pounds which is to be taken on th *.*.**, but due to being furloughed and amount of money coming in has dropped drastically, I was hoping I could pay fees over * months at approx. ** pounds a month, starting from the **.*.**. My account ID is E*************-GBP. If an attempt is made to take monies on the *.*.** there*s not enough in my account to cover it at the moment etc. I really hope we can sort this matter out, I*ve never been in this situation before and I*ve always paid my fees on time without fail, but due to Covid etc I need to make different arrangments now.
