Help with my eBay (UK) issue

Item number ************ was ordered via eBay UK ******* and was received from the seller. However it arrived in an amazon package with an amazon packing slip which I really couldn’t understand! As the item was too big I returned this via eBay returns on ****** but on checking the Royal Mail track and trace today it appears that the item was attempted delivery on ****** but not delivered as they are not at the address and was to be returned back to sender, which I presume is me! I got no response from my message to the seller and obviously want my refund ASAP! I see that this seller has previous feedback of a similar nature and therefore should not be selling on eBay. I look forward to your response. I paid this through PayPal and if not resolved I will contact them.
