Items that are bought disappear, time on items are **x longer, can’t get a lot of the items. Took pictures of a timer that was to be ** minutes, it was on ** minutes, used almost **** diamonds, but wasn’t gettting the stuff, the cruise ship showed up and just left. Hackers were on the sight and after ***,*** plus items, all my stuff went crazy. This was * days ago now. I have tried everything to fix this on my end but to no avail. Everything I have that is making will not get done at this point. Is there any way that the game can be reset but yet, I don’t loose anymore than I have. I spend way too much money on this to keep loosing it like this. I really like the game but I will not put any more money into a game that rips me off like this, it is not worth it.
