I recently sent an email regarding my concerns about the excessive content on my PAID WWF app and unauthorized access by other players. This breach of privacy is unacceptable as I only play with one person and expect sole access. Despite trying to remove as much as possible from your platform, my gameplay has now been completely restricted. I purchased this app around eight years ago and am extremely frustrated with the current situation. Last night, I was prompted to earn a weekly badge, yet I am unable to access my game. Essentially, I have been blocked from playing and I have no interest in badges, ads, or game promotions. I kindly request to regain access to my game immediately and to have my app cleaned up as previously mentioned. It appears as if there is a retaliatory action taken because of my inability to log in.

While enjoying my time playing in the VIP, I encountered an issue where my betting amount suddenly increased to 5 billion coins per spin from my usual 10 million. This unexpected change resulted in a substantial loss of 15 billion coins from my balance of over 16 billion. I have never bet this high in all the years I have been playing, usually sticking to 50 million or less.
I understand that glitches can happen, but losing such a significant amount is very disheartening. This has happened on a smaller scale before, but never to this extent. I have reached out for assistance by sending a message and screenshots, as well as trying to contact Mike at the VIP multiple times with no response as of yet.
I hope to have this issue resolved promptly and to have my missing coins restored. Any help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I understand that my account was banned after allowing my team leader access to it to fix technical issues, but she went ahead and added cars without my consent. This was not the assistance I sought from her. I have experience in cryptology from my time in the US Navy and hold degrees in Criminal Science and Computer Science. I value my integrity, especially as a [redacted]% disabled Veteran, and do not wish to jeopardize my retirement benefits. The team leader, Charli, and her mother, Aeryn, seem to have the ability to manipulate the system and evade bans. Charli mentioned being able to access the server to remove any traces of her actions. I urge you to consider my situation and the hours I have invested in the game before taking further action. The team in question is HAYABUSA, identifiable by the yellow writing. I hope we can find a resolution without unfairly penalizing me.

I have been enjoying DrawSomething for nearly a decade now. During this time, I have nurtured a special friendship with another player, spanning over 3,[redacted] games. This game means more to me than just entertainment; it has helped forge strong bonds and support systems through tough times. Unfortunately, I lost access to my account with all its progress and purchases. Despite numerous attempts, my old password wouldn't work on my new phone, resulting in a loss of progress and resources like color combinations and bombs that I worked hard to accumulate. This setback not only affected my personal progress but also meant losing contact with other friends stored in the app. DrawSomething has been an integral part of my life, and the community built around it is invaluable to me. I had to uninstall Words2 and then reinstall it because the words I played disappeared every time I hit the "Next Game" button. After reinstalling, I realized I didn't have a password (and I can't recall setting one up before). I got an email with instructions to reset the password, but the link provided doesn't work. Our team GlobalOForce won the car, but suddenly 17 people were removed from the team. Everyone is back on the team now, but understandably upset. We are being asked to earn an additional 12 million points in just 3 days, which seems unreasonable. I was hoping my daughter could win her first car, but your company hasn't provided any explanation for what happened. This doesn't seem fair, both from a company perspective and just in terms of basic human kindness. We have proof with screenshots that we earned the car. Our leader was informed by support that some members either left or were removed, but it's hard to believe this close to winning the car. There was a member who threatened to sabotage our team and now they seem to be in the lead. While your company takes action against hackers, it's disheartening to see the lack of concern for legitimate players. Can you shed some light on why the company is operating in this manner? I am currently enjoying Farmville2. Previously, I played Coral Isle, but I suspect an issue within your company is preventing me from accessing it, leading me to stop playing. Sadly, the same is now happening with Farmville2. As I reached a high level in the game, nearing my 5th star (earned weekly after investing many resources), my game unexpectedly reset the National Fair 12 hours ahead of schedule, at midnight Eastern time instead of the usual 12 PM Eastern time. I fear this might be targeted at my account unless there's a general vulnerability to hacking. I've tried reporting it as a bug, but it's not a bug when it’s only affecting me. I am seeking help with my guest account balance issue while playing gin rummy. Last week, my guest account had over 8 million points, but the next day it showed only 1.4 million, which was the same as my Facebook account balance. I reached out to game support, but after two days with no resolution, I tried contacting Zynga customer service. I have been a Zynga player for a few years, and I absolutely love your games. Three days ago, while I was at level [redacted] with between 5 and 6 billion coins and a lot of VIP points, a screen popped up mentioning something about Facebook. Unfortunately, there was no option to close it, so I had to choose between continuing or selecting "not now." I clicked on "later," but when the homepage reappeared, I had lost everything. The new screen showed me at level one with only 10,[redacted] coins. My number under my picture in the daily race is [redacted], while on my lost screen, I believe it started with a 4 and said "Joella W" in the daily race. This isn't the first time this has occurred, so I'm hoping to have my old homepage restored. Zynga games are a big part of my daily routine, and I spend hours playing.

I recently bought the trunk of keys for $19.99. After successfully making the purchase and doing my happy dance, Farmville 2 Country Escape crashed. Upon reloading, no keys were added to my account despite the debit card being charged. I attempted to remove my card as a payment method, but it was too late. This situation is incredibly frustrating as I am unable to purchase Hotelier Hannah and losing valuable playing time. I have been a loyal player of Farmville 2 Country Escape for years, and this issue has occurred more than once. It feels like a deliberate attempt to take my money. Previous attempts to contact Zynga about this problem went unanswered. I enjoy playing this game, but if this matter is not resolved, I may have to stop playing altogether. I am very upset about this whole situation.

I've been a dedicated player of Farmville 2 since the beginning, and I believe it's the best browser game out there. To keep this game going strong, I feel there are some improvements that could be made to boost its popularity among players.
Over the years, I've noticed a decline in player engagement, with many of my friends no longer active in the game despite still being connected on Facebook. To revitalize Farmville 2, I suggest implementing features such as player-to-player trading, more competitive events like open horse racing competitions, the ability to build roads for farm decoration, and introducing new types of animals and decorations like vehicles.
These are just a few ideas I've had to enhance the game experience. I'm eager to collaborate with the development team to discuss further improvements to ensure the longevity of Farmville 2. Thank you for considering these suggestions.

I am experiencing a serious issue that I need to address. I have noticed a group of 4 to 5 players engaging in unfair gameplay. One player in particular is selling chips to the others, resulting in one player having over [redacted] billion chips. They then team up and play against others. I have diligently reported this behavior to Zynga, providing specific details such as time of incident, amount of chips transferred, and the names of the accounts involved. For the past 10 days, I have refrained from playing to ensure I have all the necessary information intact. I have emailed screenshots as proof to Zynga, demonstrating their activities each day. Despite my efforts, all I have received from Zynga is that the matter is under investigation. I am extremely disappointed and will cease reporting if no action is taken. Should it be necessary, I am prepared to escalate this to a senior staff member at Zynga who can address this issue promptly.

During the club rowing race, I noticed the coop named DILEK PERISI (TURLÇE) that is competing with my coop. I was surprised to see the high number of hands and assists given within that coop, indicating possible hacking. I believe all players should have equal opportunities in the game, and I think it's important for fair play. I am experiencing issues with Zynga support. After the recent update, none of my five help requests have received a response. I have attempted to contact Zynga support through various links for all games and operating systems but have not even received an automated acknowledgment. I have been playing poker for years, and although it may not seem significant to you, it involves a considerable amount of money for me. My Zynga ID is [redacted]0. I have been enjoying playing this game on my iPad for a few years now. I usually take my iPad to work to play offline and make progress in various events. However, I've noticed twice this week that when I return home and connect to Wi-Fi, my progress doesn't update, reverting back to where it was the day before. For the third time recently, tonight at around 11:52 pm Eastern Time, I encountered an issue with Hit it Rich. Upon entering the game, I noticed that my consecutive days played had dropped from 7+ to 1. This incident happened on 9/24/18. My name is Tom Raynor, and my zip code is [redacted].
Previously, this has happened, affecting my balance and gameplay, which is frustrating. This time, my balance drastically decreased from [redacted],[redacted]+ to <20k. I feel like the lack of response and the continuous resetting of my consecutive days played is unfair.

Hello, I am a long-time player from Singapore who has been actively playing Dawn of Titans for four years. Over time, the number of Singaporean players has significantly decreased since the global release. Unfortunately, I feel that the developers are not attentive to our community.
I have been a prominent player in the game, with my clan consistently ranking in the top 50 in events and achieving first place multiple times. I am the founder of the Suicudesquad alliance. Recently, my account was compromised, leading to concerns about my private information being exposed. Despite reporting this promptly and following the support team's recommendations to transfer my account to a new email, the process has been mishandled, and my account remains inaccessible.
As a player who has invested both time and money into the game, I am disappointed by the lack of concern and support from the developers. I urge for a resolution to retrieve access to my account promptly. Thank you.

I am one of the players who used to spend a lot of time playing Zynga Holdem Poker. I believe I may have put myself in this situation, but I didn't intend for this to happen. My main concern is protecting my chips. I had an account that many of my friends tried to access, so I thought it would be best to create a new account and transfer my chips to it. Even though I attempted to use lock codes, two of them were still able to access my account. That's why I decided to create a new account and move my chips over. I understand that the rules prohibit chip transfers, but I invested a lot of time into earning them. I played extensively to accumulate them. I hope you understand that my intentions were solely to protect my chips. I kindly request that you consider returning my chips as I don't want to lose all the progress and effort I've put into this. I am experiencing difficulties with Farmville on Chrome, using Zynga ID# [redacted] under the name Lyn Mead. This issue began this morning at 7am on 10/9/18. When attempting to collect items from my home page, the page stopped working. I am now unable to access my farm at all. Clicking on an item to collect leads to a second collect page popping up and then getting stuck without completing the action. Refreshing the page repeats the same issue.
