Help with my Zulily issue

Order number, Name on account, Email on account, Product type, Home and billing address, and Phone number on account
The issue in GetHuman-janisjon's own words
I have not been able to place an order online for about * months. I have not been able to get to the order page and have been ordering through a customer service rep. I am explaining my problem to them with them telling me they will send problem to the appropriate people but never hear back. I am being prompted to enter a membership *. When I do I am taken out of Zulily. A message appears that I am being considered a BOT! This is because, it says , of my behavior? I have always paid on time and have placed orders for quite some time now(* yrs or so). Not all orders I place with a rep are filled and I don't receive notification an order was placed. Additionally, reps can't put me down for * easy pays on orders stating only I can do that. I need somebody to go over all this with that can affect change for me. This has been going on for a long time and without a solution, I will have to end ordering through Zulily. That would not be a good solution for either of us because I am a steady customer and as I've said, my bill paying is excellent. Please contact me because explaining my issues with customer service has not resolved my problems. Additionally, when I do talk to customer service and ask for contact information for someone to help resolve this, not one would offer me any information. They say they will pass it along. I can understand privacy as a reason. Please let me know if this will all be resolved in a timely way. Thank you
