Refusal of customer service representative to clarify charges to my credit card account.**An order was placed using my Zulilly credit card with my consent and there is no problem concerning the order placed on my credit card, however there is a question concerning the billing charges to my account. I was on the phone with Zulilly customer service representatives for more than an hour trying to get information clarification on billing but was refused any information on Billings to my own credit card, issued in my name, using personal information for credit card approval, with me being the card holder and sole responsibility for payment of charges made on my card. I do not blindly pay Billings to my account without reviewing the charges. As I told your representative, Jessica, yesterday after continuous refusal to discuss charges billed my account, giving absolutely no explanation*information concerning the actual charges billed to me, unless your company will clarify the way*amount billed to me I will contest the charges with Symphony Bank and have them reversed back to Zulilly. There is no logical explanation for not discussing with a card holder charges made to the cardholders account. The card holder should not be required to pay what appears to be a duplicate charge without clarification of the charge.**If I do not hear from your company giving me an opportunity for billing clarification I will contest billing for reversal back toZulilly.**Syble Roberson*Email syble****@att. net
