Name on the account, email, password, phone number, date of birth, and address

If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.
The issue in GetHuman-jimwilc's own words
Was using my account, *****@***.com and was mid conversation with someone and suddenly, it yanked me out to login screen. I wasn't ***% sure of my password, but knew just a few days back I used it in Chrome browser so looked up in my saved passwords. It was one I use on several different accounts. Twice now, I've requested email to reset password, however to date, they've never arrived. I guess I'd like to have reset email sent to me other than through Zoosks normal way to send because hacker may have found a way to redirect to their account? Or an email sent to ******@***.com *Maybe just switch the email on the account to that address and inform me of password allowing me to reset to fresh never used password? You tell me how you'd fix. I'm game for anything. LOL
GetHuman-jimwilc did not yet indicate what Zoosk should do to make this right.
