Attached you will find copies of my credit card statements to confirm what I'm about to explain to you. I would like to have my $**.** refunded as promised.**On July **, I signed up for your service and paid $**.**. Within a week someone stole my identity and you now have a block on my account. They charged for extra times*coins, or something..not quite sure what..therefore I was charged $**.** for something I never got ordered or requested. It was from the hacker. See Statment July to Aug. where I was charged for the $**.** services and the credited for the $**.** that was charged to my account by the imposter. That same month I reported this to my credit card company and they CREDITED me the $**.** do to this dispute and until we solve this issue. I 'assumed' everything was fine..until today...when I got in the mail a letter saying I am being re-billed for the $**.** for your services - see Letter from Bank.**I called Zoosk and they told me to put this in writing and to explain my side. of the story, and prove that I have not gotten the credits that you claim I have received. They told me that they double credited me $**.** once on Sept ** and accidentally on Oct **th. Zoosk double credited me....ok..but why do I not have a credit on my statements, if you truly did credit me? See Statements from Aug to Sept, or Sept to Oct. If I was truly credited, they would have shown up in the Other Credit part of my statement...and as you see both of those months show $*.** credits. I clearly understand a double credit or billing...but I show neither I don't have a double credit!**If you see the Oct to Nov statement (and the Letter from the Bank) ...I am being rebilled for the $**.** because you all will not honor the credit I asked for in July that the bank gave me with this first happened.**FYI - My account has been blocked, so I have not been able to use your services and now I"m having to pay $**.** for nothing!**Can you please credit me the $**.**?**If you have any questions and want to discuss it with me, please don't hesitate to call me.
