Charged more money than agreed in three charges then set me up for some reccurring thing, they won't give all my money back they take a fat cut i haven't been tendered a service i don't have an account and i don't have my card anymore, i canceled it today. The situation is complicated and everyone seems to want to get semantical with me about how i "did" or "did not" authorize the charge "at a point" on some mechanical level in the past, I DO NOT authorize the charge and i cannot afford to let them just walk all over me. At no point have they done me service. I want every penny of my money back. I want an address i can contact them through the mail. My card getting in their hands was a mistake in the first place. I'm very upset that i work long hours which don't work with a customer "service" number that is gonna put me on hold to tell me there is some sort of humdred dollar or more tax just to get romoced from their subscription. This is real life to me. The multimilionair head making money off seven day loans and fees and stuff would be out of his actual mind to approach me and slap that amount of money out of my hands in real life. I am very upset that i need to be doing this right now. I do not accept the charges and i do not accept anything less than a full refund. I want to know how to go about legally charging them with stealing from me.
