Hi,**My suggestion is in the case that a Zipcar that a future member has reserved is taken off of the road, whether it is for cosmetic damage, repairs, they should be contacted immediately via email or a phone call. I had a car reserved for **** at UNH Dairy Bar that I booked on ****, it became unavailable due to it being taken in for maintenance and won’t be available until after my reservation is completed. I was not called or emailed with updates on my trip or updated with a new car, instead the app kept telling me an update would be coming soon. Fortunately a car UNH Garrison Ave was just down the street from me that I was able to book, but in the case that the only other car in the area was booked anytime during the day tomorrow I would have been out of luck for my reservation. Having this realization on **** when I was going to my reservation would have sucked, I hope that others can see why. I see on the FAQ that this happens to other people under ‘ Why are the car details missing from my trip?’ That I will be contacted within ** hours of my trip, but that may not allow users sufficient time to make or edit their initial reservation. The car was also removed for well over ** hours and I was still not notified, ended up having to call to resolve the issue.**Would it be possible to add another Zipcar to the UNH Durham location? I’ve noticed more reservations taking place at the car closer to campus (KIA Forte located on Garrison Ave.) since students have returned for the semester.
