Hello,**In October **** I thought I would need to rent a zipcar, so I opened a (student) account. However, I did not actually rent a zipcar and have never done so since. I had no intention of renewing my zipcar membership, but I must have forgotten to cancel. IN November **** Zipcar attempted to charge the card on file $** for the new yearly fee, but the card was expired. Zipcar has since closed my account.*In a few weeks, I would like to rent a zipcar. I am happy to pay a new membership fee if I need to, but I don't think I should be expected to pay any old charges, since I have never actually used a zipcar. Additionally, I am now a student at New York University and am hoping to pay only the student rate.
