Hi,**I was charged a late fee for my reservation on November *, ****, *:** PM - **:** PM.**I rely on zipcar relatively frequently now, and ensure to either return on time or extend my time as needed. However on this night, I was unable to use my phone because it was out of battery, and in turn arrived ** minutes late. I know for a fact there were no other reservations made on this night for this vehicle so I know I was not inconveniencing other customers. The total billed to the account was $**.**, the ride itself was in the $** range.
