Nick from customer service wrote me about issues with my reservation last week, but replies are not possible, which i have never experienced before. How can you not allow replies? **Here’s what I wrote. *Hi Nick,**Appreciate the note but find the customer service through this whole thing was really lacking. **When the first car was missing, I was on hold for over ** mins before speaking to a rep. **That rep sent to me a *nd car with a dead battery. We had to take a taxi ** mins away to reach it in the first place. **The *nd rep I spoke to regarding the dead battery said the file for the car noted the dead battery, so I should never have been sent to that second car in the first place. That wasted even more time. **Then there were no cars at all available after that. Understand it was a holiday weekend, but there should be back-up cars for situations like this. **So, I was an hour late for a birthday party for my daughter in NJ. *I spent $*** on Ubers to go to and from the party. **AND, you’re just sending one email and giving me ** in driving credit. *I have read numerous complaints about ZipCar customer service and people switching to Enterprise because of that.
