The issue in GetHuman-marydero's own words
I reserved a car on Saturday to go pick up a friend from the airport to find out that the car had a spare tire and a flat tire and could not be driven on. So I make a phone call and get switched over to the only other car close by which ended up having scanned problems so it could not be unlocked. So then my only way to get my friend here last minute was by an Uber which was over $***. The lady on the phone told me she would have both cars towed out that day and fixed. So then I book a car for today, Wednesday, to get my friend to the airport to have the same issue with both cars yet again when I get there even though I called and was told they would be fixed. This was a huge inconvenience as i had to order an Uber which was another $*** and they were close to missing their flight. This has been a huge inconvenience and a huge amount of money spent on my part for a problem on your part. I feel like it is only fair to be reimbursed money. I spent over $*** on Uber’s because of issues on your part that I were told were fixed.
