Hello,*I just received my zip card in the mail and was excited to book my first reservation home from school for Columbus Day weekend. I usually take the train and heard from a friend about zip car and thought wow this is a great alternative and a more economical way to travel. I was pleased to see that my trip did not exceed the *** mile daily limit. HOWEVER I was EXTREMELY SADDENED and DISAPPOINTED to discover your UNCLEAR and LIMITED one-way policy. I discovered I was unable to travel from Fairfield University to Boston to return home further ruining my travel plans and life a lot more complicated. I STRONGLY suggest from the point of a college tutuion paying student that you make this option AVAILABLE! I believe that people will not only use it but feel safer and happier about traveling home. This inconvenience really ruined my experience with zipcar and I am strongly considering canceling my membership. I hope you take into account my opinion and expand the “one way” zipcar availability.*Sincerely,*Jacqueline Gannon
