I requested info on a listing on Zillow. A rep called "Alex" called and said he had a realtor on the line--supposedly listing agent. He then put me on hold for ** minutes--i was at dinner at the time and it was after * pm. He then told me he wanted to schedule a time for Saturday a.m.--I agreed. He then called me again--and again put me on hold. ON Saturday--he didn't call. when I called back--he said he had another realtor on the line--a different one--then put me on hold and disconnected me. He then sent me a text saying the realtor had tried calling me--I had no record of any call--nor a voicemail. I was by that time quite upset--I texted him back asking to speak to a manager. He didn't reply. I tried calling and got another person also apparently named Alex--asked for a supervisor--put me on hold and disconnected. I tried calling back and it appeared my number was blocked. Finally--a woman named "Rachel" called me on a blocked number--she claimed she managed the Denver office (used to be Trulia manager??) and said she would investigate and email me back. She absolutely promised she would get back to me by monday. She never contacted me back--big surprise. This was an aggravating experience to say the least--actually the worst experience I've ever had trying to buy real estate.
