I am a business owner in Mesa, Az. (Chemless Cleaning, LLC.). I sent some messages via zillow website to agents offering my cleaning services. I got a call from an angry agent who told me that it costs them $***-$*** per message. He also said that if I was not going to buy or sell, not to send those messages. I feel really bad because I didn't know that those messages would incur those charges upon those agents. I sent a couple yesterday and got a call this morning from a Zillow representative telling me that if I wanted to offer my services to the agents I must select a particular agent and send them a personal message. I was NOT told by the Zillow represenative that it would cost them astronomical amounts of money to do so. So, I thanked the representative for the info and proceeded to go back onto the Zillow site and resend the messages to various agents. Soon, I got a call from a very angry agent who told me the information I stated in the earlier part of this message. I would like Zillow to waive those fees to those agents for the messages. I will never do that again. I feel really bad that I cost them that fee. Please have someone call me asap, so that I can answer any questions or give any information to get this cost waived for these agents! Thanks!! Kimberly ***-***-**** *****@***.com
