If only two of your property rental pictures are showing on Zillow, it could be due to a glitch or an uploading issue. We recommend checking the following: 1. File type: Your images must be in a compatible format (JPEG, PNG). 2. File size: Each image must be under 5MB. 3. Dimensions: A minimum width of 1024 pixels is required. If your photos meet these requirements, try deleting the current images, clearing your browser cache, and re-uploading the pictures. If the problem persists, there may be a technical issue that needs to be addressed by Zillow.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. To correct a foreclosure status on a listing, you need to claim your home on Zillow's platform. After claiming, you can navigate to the "More" dropdown menu and select “Report a problem” to flag the incorrect foreclosure status. From there, you'll have an opportunity to describe the problem in detail. Please be sure to note that your home is not in foreclosure. This will alert Zillow's team, and they will do their best to update the system swiftly. It's important to note that changes can take a few days to reflect on the site.

We apologize if there's been any confusion regarding the updating of weekly ZORI indexes like For-Sale Inventory. Any lapses in updates may be due to various factors. Sometimes, the gathering and processing of the large amounts of data involved may cause some delays. It could also be due to changes in the sourcing or methodology of how data is collected. Also, consider that updates may be paused during evaluation and adjustment periods to ensure the accuracy and usefulness of the data. Lastly, global events or issues, such as a pandemic, could potentially impact the regular updating schedule.

We apologize for any confusion. Errors like this can sometimes happen due to incorrect or outdated information from public records or other sources. We suggest reporting the issue directly to Zillow. You can correct home facts from the home details page by going to 'More', selecting 'Claim this home', and then choosing 'Edit Home Facts'. After you've made the necessary changes, Zillow will review and update the information. Please note that changes may take a few days to reflect on the site.

You can easily update the address of your property by navigating to the 'My Zillow' tab in the upper right corner of the site. Under 'My Zillow' you'll find 'My Listings', where you should see your home listed. Click on the home, then the 'Edit Listing' button, and navigate to the 'Address' section. Here, make the necessary changes and confirm on 'Publish Changes'. It's important to note that all changes are reviewed and can take up to 72 hours to appear on your listing.
