Hi, My name is Marina Epsteyn, I am Real Estate Managing Broker residing at **** Walden Ln, Arlington Height IL *****.**Couple years ago I contacted you regarding the same issue I have now. My house is located in subdivision with multiple housed, many of them are exactly the same model as as mine, however the value of my house is constantly lover than my neighbors (For example, **** N. Oak is exactly the same model house) for the reason that my house faces to the duplexes (The area is PUD with multiple subdivisions). I know that you are using the mass appraisal software, but it's is unacceptable to compare the different types of ownership such as condominium and free standing single houses for the value estimate. The house I referred to earlier, - **** N. Oakwood Drive Arlington Heights, IL is located in less than *.* miles from my house, but per you forecast, the value for **** N Oak Wood house will go up in the year, and my house value will go down, today’s values are also very different. BTW, my location is more desirable and the condition of the house is better. I truly believe that you can cause a lot of harm to homeowners as the buyers are usually do not understand the difference between the actual appraisal and your estimate. In this instance, I am respectfully requesting you to review the comps you choose for my home valuation on your site and make appropriate changes.**Thank you, **Marina S. Epsteyn
