I have tried several times to get in touch with someone at Zillow without any success. A friend brought a negative review to my attention, she saw it on Zillow and couldn't believe it. I have a very good reputation in Real Estate . I find it hard to believe that you would publish a bad review without giving the person named the opportunity to defend themselves. First of all I have no idea who the review is from. The review said I sold them a house in Audubon in ****. I cannot find a listing that I sold in Audubon in ****. Did the person give a address? I always give my buyer several inspector names to choose from. The review goes on about Electric and Plumbing issues. I am a realtor not a inspector and I have no knowledge of plumbing or electrical issues. If it is a problem in the inspection report we would have a plumber or electric company to advise and repair*replace. I would never recommend someone buy a house that I knew had major problems for for a quick sale. The review says TWO YEARS after they purchased the home they found problems. Did they send Zillow proof as to what the problems were? Did they contact the inspector because they did not contact me. I think it is very unfair and again I have no idea who wrote the review. My reputation in real estate means more to me than any commission check that I could ever receive. Please review again and take down. I feel this is so unfair .
