Hi,**Order number ************Here is my situation.**I placed order to pick up at store at Nov ** which has not delivered yet.*After trying to reach out customer service several times, all I heard was that my case is under review and will get back to me as it is resolved.*I have not heard back from you so I asked for replacement my order.*Today is Dec ** which is exactly one month after initial order, still have not received any email regarding confirmation or replacement.*This is my first online order thru Zara, and I promise I will not shop at Zara again with terrible customer service.*Reviewing case is not my business, your customer is waiting a order for a month.*Explain me what it is going on with my order and what you guy would do with this problem.**Thank you
