Hi, I recently downloaded the YouTube video app (a couple months ago)...and I believe I signed up for a subscription by mistake. I had the application for a day or * then deleted it because I couldn’t figure out how to post the music I have ( that’s the reason I ended up deleting it. Ultimately I was charged for a subscription that I might have accidentally signed up for and never used. I mainly unsure what to do because I thought even if a part of a subscription, I would be asked or reminded about the payment before it’s taken out. I apologize if I seem like a nuisance, but I really would like to see if there’s any way that could be refunded, Only because I’m unable to download anymore applications on my iPhone until the payment is made and I am unable to do so with my current circumstance...if someone can assist me on how I can resolve the issue, I would Greatly appreciate it.
