My parcel JD**************** was supposed to be delivered on the **th of December. I received a message that said nobody was in when the driver delivered however the business had been open from *am that morning so I’m not sure how that is possible. Since then I have had no update on the whereabouts of my package or when it will be delivered. Could you please advise as to where it is and when it will be delivered?

I had extreme difficulty trying to talk on the phone with someone other than a robot so ended up having to pick up the parcel myself on a Saturday morning from the distribution centre as Yodel gave no indication of when I could expect the package after they couldn’t deliver it the first time.
