I received a text message stating I missed a delivery at eleven am, but my clock showed ten forty five. Our doorbell is functional, and no one rang it during the reported time. After contacting customer service and speaking with representative Ankit, I was instructed to wait for the delivery the next working day. Ankit abruptly ended our chat despite my inquiries about the missed delivery protocol. My expected delivery was due on Friday, with the notification received on Saturday. As of Tuesday, the Yodel website directs me to the Wrexham depot for collection, impractical during the lockdown as I lack transportation.

I was informed by the delivery driver that my parcel was at the depot for collection today. Despite checking the automated Yodel phone line confirming its availability, upon arriving at the Warrington depot, I was told by Lesley that it was back out for delivery with a non-English-speaking driver. I am frustrated by the lack of communication and the inconvenience as I had to make this trip unnecessarily. The online tracking information has also been inaccurate, still showing that the parcel is ready for collection. I urgently need clarification on the status of my delivery and when I can expect to receive it.

I am writing to report an issue with a delivery. I provided my address as 57 Bradbury Road, CW7 3HX, to receive an item tracked on my Facebook account with tracking number JD[redacted][redacted], order number 05-04[redacted]4, and item number [redacted]99 from the seller. Despite receiving an email confirmation from eBay that the item was delivered today, it has not arrived, and I have been at home all day. When I contacted Yodel representatives, they could not match the details I provided. The seller's information includes the eBay usernames goldberg1993 and pushauction. I have subsequently noticed that the item listing has been removed, leading me to suspect that I may have been scammed, a situation I have not encountered on eBay before.

I was expecting a delivery on Thursday, my daughter's birthday present, a bike, is due in two weeks. Knowing I had to do the food shopping, I decided to redirect the delivery to my neighbor. Upon returning home, I found a leaflet saying the parcel was left at my back gate, which I did not authorize, and it is now missing. This location is unsafe as it is visible from the street. I recently received an email from Yodel stating that my parcel was delivered, but I did not receive it. After contacting the delivery driver using the provided number, I learned that my parcel was sent to my old address (30 Pound Lane, Epsom) where it was refused. The driver mentioned it was returned to the Mitcham depot. The email indicates it was delivered with no option to report non-receipt or request redelivery. Hello, I had an issue with one of your drivers who was scheduled to deliver my item yesterday. Despite my attempts to contact him multiple times, he did not show up as promised at 3 p.m., causing me to take time off work unnecessarily. When he finally answered my call at 6 p.m., he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He assured me the delivery would be made the next day, but again, he failed to show up without leaving any notification. The delivery status indicated the parcel was undelivered. This driver, identified as Tomisa, was disrespectful and uncooperative when I requested his full name and manager's information. I was informed that my package was delivered on June 1 and left in my safe spot. However, it was not delivered, no delivery attempt was made, and I don't have a designated safe place. Despite searching my garden and checking with neighbors, there's been no sign of the parcel. Several follow-ups later, the driver was supposed to return to locate the package, but I received no updates. Even after multiple attempts to contact Yodel, the issue remains unresolved. It seems like the driver might have delivered to the wrong address or the package could be missing. Dear Yodel Customer Service,
I have been attempting to connect with Yodel over the phone, but I have not been successful. Yesterday, on June 4th, I ordered a Micro SDHC 64GB + Adapter from Ebyer.com as a part of my wife's birthday gift. The item was dispatched (#[redacted]8) to Yodel JD[redacted][redacted]. I received an email confirming its shipment through Yodel's tracking system. I was anticipating the delivery of this item.
However, unbeknownst to my wife and me, my daughter-in-law, Gemma Martin from Royal Wootton Bassett near Swindon, purchased flowers from Moonpig, which were also shipped through Yodel under tracking number JD[redacted][redacted]. It turns out both the SD card and the flowers were on the same delivery van. When the Yodel delivery person arrived, they handed me the flowers, and before I realized there was a mix-up, they had left.
I am still waiting for my Ebyer purchase, which was supposed to be delivered on the same van. Unfortunately, it was not. Could you please assist me with this matter?

I work night shifts at the hospital, and unfortunately, I missed a delivery attempt on 4/6/20 while I was asleep. Despite only receiving one missed delivery card, it was marked as having reached the maximum number of attempts. I'm currently working extended hours due to the covid-19 pandemic and am unable to easily retrieve the package from the Stockton collection point as I don't drive and live in Middlesbrough. Given my demanding schedule with 12.5-hour shifts for the next four days, it will be difficult for me to collect the parcel. I'm hoping for some flexibility in receiving the package or understanding the process if it's returned. Thank you.

I recently made a purchase from Beerwulf, and Yodel was tasked with the delivery. Despite receiving notification that my package was delivered on Saturday, June 27th at 11:47, the item was never actually received. My security cameras confirm that no one came to my door that day. Given that the package contains alcohol, a signature is required for delivery, which was not obtained at my address.

Yesterday, I received an email notification about my parcel delivery. Unfortunately, we were not home at the time. Upon returning, there was no sign of the parcel where it was supposed to be left. I contacted the delivery driver at [redacted]0, who mentioned he had left it behind a plant pot outside the back door, but there was no delivery card left. He offered to return and show me, ensuring I would not incur any loss. Reviewing my CCTV footage between 10 am and 11.50 am, there was no white van or delivery person seen during the alleged delivery time. It appears the delivery person may have been dishonest. I received a text on July 8th, informing me that my parcels would be delivered between 1 and 3 PM, then the time was delayed to 3-5 PM, and finally, to 9 PM. However, nothing arrived by the last indicated time. Today, on July 9th, after waiting for nine hours, I anticipated an early morning delivery, but the driver is currently on job number 4 of 99, with my parcel scheduled at 20:45. I waited for Yodel to collect a damaged fire returning to Very on July 11, [redacted], between 15:31-17:31. The tracker showed he was 8 stops away, so we waited at the gate with the item. Suddenly, it showed 0 stops without any sign of Yodel. Later, a notification claimed a missed you card was left, but we saw no van or card; we were at the gate. Unable to reach Yodel without the card, the whole experience was frustrating. The lack of communication from Very and the inconvenience caused by Yodel is upsetting. I simply want the parcel to be returned to Very for a refund.

I discovered a parcel left at my elderly and housebound mother's doorstep yesterday, addressed to someone else. The delivery driver seems to be playing a game of dropping off packages and quickly leaving. I ordered flowers from eflorist to be delivered on Tuesday, August 11. The delivery driver couldn't access my location. After contacting Yodel through webchat, I received the driver's mobile number. Despite leaving a message, there was no response. Tracking the next day showed the flowers were still undelivered as the driver couldn't locate the property. More address information was provided through web chat with the assurance of delivery today, but the flowers were not delivered once again as the driver faced the same issue. The Yodel code for tracking is JD[redacted][redacted]. I've been unable to reach Yodel for assistance. Because of the delay, attempting delivery now would be futile as the flowers would perish. I am seeking compensation for the £28.99 spent on the flowers and delivery, along with an apology.

I was expecting a parcel delivery from Yodel on August 13th to my first address, but there was no attempt to deliver citing building access issues. I then changed the delivery address for the parcel to be delivered on August 14th, which was confirmed. However, there was no communication or delivery attempted. The new delivery date is set for August 15th. I am frustrated that I cannot reach a human on the phone, only an automated line repeating delivery issues due to address access problems. I am extremely dissatisfied with the delivery service provided by Yodel when I receive parcels. Despite explicitly instructing my supplier, HonestBrew, not to use Yodel for my deliveries, I am disappointed to report that this is now the third time I am lodging a complaint with them. Once again, the recurring issue is that the delivery person did not ring the doorbell, even though both my wife and I were present at home all day and did not hear any attempts to notify us of the delivery. I am frustrated with the lack of professionalism demonstrated by Yodel. Furthermore, my attempts to contact them directly have been unsuccessful as I was unable to speak to a human representative on the phone or through the webchat after waiting for an extended period. I am appalled by this level of service and the difficulty I am facing in resolving this matter. I insist on a prompt response regarding my parcel and if this matter is not rectified, I will have no choice but to leave a negative review on Trustpilot. Sincerely, Marco Gagg.

I waited the entire day last Friday for a scheduled delivery that I paid for, but received no updates until 8 pm stating it was both delivered and undeliverable. Since then, the tracker has been stuck on "On the road" status claiming it's due "today." On Saturday morning, I contacted Yodel, who assured me of another delivery attempt that day with a 2-hour delivery window notification. However, I didn't receive any updates or attempts. Despite Yodel's minimal information, I utilized a different tracker, which indicated a false delivery change request on Saturday. The app has disabled my parcel management options, mistakenly believing my package is on its way from the depot. I'm unable to reach anyone for assistance and can't locate a contact number for the local depot in Glasgow.

I'm disappointed because your delivery service is usually reliable.
