The tracking information initially indicated my package would be delivered on Wednesday. However, the status changed to "collect from the depot starting Thursday." Subsequently, it was updated again to indicate it would be available "from Friday." Today being Friday, the latest update states it can now be collected "from Saturday." I am perplexed by the constant changes and delays. Despite my attempts to contact them via Webchat, it continuously shows as busy and won't connect. A similar experience occurred when I tried calling Customer Services as I was unexpectedly disconnected.

The delivery was scheduled for the 17th of September, but it did not arrive even though I was home all day. I realized that there was a mistake in my postcode - it was entered as sp14 1lb instead of so14 1lb. Oddly, sp14 1lb does not exist on Google Maps. I called customer service, incurring an additional £6 on my phone bill, and they mentioned they would track my parcel and call back, which hasn't occurred. It appears that Yodel has drivers who behave unprofessionally. Unfortunately, Yodel's customer support exacerbates the situation, leading to distrust in using their courier service. In my recent experience, even after confirming with their driver that my delivery was left in a front porch (which I don't have), Yodel did not handle the issue satisfactorily. Fortunately, the sender resent my order using a different courier, which arrived safely. This is the second time I've encountered problems with Yodel. The way they handle complaints and support their drivers is disappointing. It's crucial for them to address these issues seriously and improve their operational procedures to prevent further negative experiences for customers.

Dear Sirs,
I used tracking number JJD[redacted][redacted] to follow a parcel supposed to be delivered today at 13:53. However, the tracking states it was delivered without a signature due to COVID-19, but no one at my address received it, with three people home at the time. Customer service said the tracking isn't for my address, but I reside at Holt Hill in Birkenhead. I received this tracking number from the seller, and it seems unlikely they got the address wrong, especially as the parcel came from abroad via Yodel in Warrington. Normally, addresses fill automatically when purchasing, ensuring the correct email is used for notifications. Previous misdeliveries went to Holt ROAD, not Holt HILL. Delivery firms usually photograph the door or recipient if they can't get a signature. Please investigate where the parcel went, as it likely went to the incorrect address. Looking forward to your reply.

I have been monitoring my package all day, receiving updates that it was being loaded onto the van. However, around 1pm, I received an email stating that my parcel had been delivered when it hadn't arrived. I attempted to contact Yodel via their webchat, but after waiting almost an hour, I was unable to reach them. This level of service is not acceptable. I am interested in knowing where I can submit CCTV footage to provide evidence that the parcel was not actually delivered. The tracking number for reference is JD[redacted][redacted].

I have an issue with a parcel delivery from Samsuns Network Technology via Yodel. The parcel was sent to a different recipient at a different address, not mine. Despite this not being your fault, I paid for it through PayPal, who now require proof of delivery from you to assist me in getting a refund for the undelivered item. Previously, I spoke to a staff member who refused to disclose the recipient's details who received the parcel from Yodel. The seller informed PayPal that the item was delivered, albeit incorrectly. I kindly ask for written details of the delivery recipient's name, address, date, and time to provide to PayPal to rectify this situation and recover my funds.

On the 18th of October, Yodel notified me that my parcel was delivered, but after checking around and reviewing the CCTV footage, it was evident that no delivery had been made. I reached out to Yodel, and the delivery driver mentioned delivering it to an elderly person instead. Yodel mentioned they would send the driver back to recover the parcel and redeliver it to me. However, a recent email stated that the investigation was inconclusive, and they advised me to contact the seller for further steps. I am disappointed with the service I have received from you. My daughter's birthday present was supposed to be delivered yesterday on her birthday but did not arrive. The tracking showed it was 3 streets away from me around 5:30, but by 6 pm, the driver was 15 miles in the wrong direction. I called customer service, but they were rude and unhelpful, insisting it would be delivered. Despite their promises, the parcel never showed up, leaving my daughter waiting by the door all day. This level of service is unacceptable, and I plan to escalate this issue further. I am appalled by the lack of assistance and professionalism displayed during my calls.

I need to provide directions to a courier coming to collect a COVID test from my home. The test is in the fridge as instructed. Yodal helpline advised me to track it, but I can't find an option on the COVID site's 'book your delivery' section to add directions. The test must be collected today as it cannot be rescheduled. Monday is the deadline, or the test will no longer be valid. I was unable to reach the depot to provide directions to my difficult-to-find house, even though I received a missed call, possibly from Yodal.

I received an email from Tidal stating that my suitcase was delivered today. Unfortunately, when I got home, I did not find any delivery card indicating which neighbor it was left with. I have had issues with Yodel deliveries before, with some cards having no information written on them. It would be helpful if the drivers could fill out the details on the cards properly and leave them as required. Hopefully, I can locate my suitcase with one of the neighbors soon.

I have encountered an issue with a recent delivery from Yodel to my partner, Perry C. Walters. There was a mix-up with the delivery address, but I have already contacted the shipping company to rectify this. Unfortunately, Yodel claims they attempted delivery today but left a calling card as Perry was supposedly not home, which is not the case. They are now scheduled to attempt delivery again tomorrow. The correct address for delivery is: 12 Hopkiln Gardens, Brickiln Street, Evesham, WR11 4AL. This address is a block of flats on the 2nd floor, and Yodel will need to ring button 12 for entry. I kindly request that the courier is properly informed of the correct address for tomorrow's delivery on November 28th. I appreciate your assistance in ensuring this matter is resolved promptly.

I received a notification about an attempted delivery today, claiming no one was home and a card was left with courier details. This is inaccurate as there have been two people at home all day, and no card was found. I am frustrated and would like evidence that the courier visited my address.
I have already asked for a new delivery date and kindly ask that the courier makes sure to ring the bell or knock on the door upon arrival. If there's no response, please contact me at my mobile number, 07[redacted]44, and I will promptly come to the door.

I've had four attempted deliveries from Yodel. The first three couldn't find my address, but on the fourth try, miraculously, the package appeared. To reach my property, you have to go through a farmers gate with a code, which the driver supposedly did but I never saw them. Yodel promised to investigate by speaking to the driver but after three days, there's still no update. It's been challenging to reach them this time around. They claim they're waiting for more details. Disappointed with the poor service, especially since I have a more expensive delivery with them on the way. Hoping it doesn't get lost too. Feeling frustrated and losing faith in their service. Requesting a refund and swearing off companies that use Yodel in the future.

Hello, I placed an order for next day delivery on Wednesday the 16th of December. The following morning, I got an email from Yodel saying that my parcel was delivered and signed for. However, I did not get any package or sign for anything. I contacted Yodel right away, and they said it would be resolved within 24 working hours as they needed to interview the driver. I have yet to receive any updates on the status of my items. Can someone please update me on the situation?

My parcel was mistakenly sent back to Perth due to an address mix-up. My billing address is 22 Approach Row East Weymss Kirkcaldy Fife KY1 4LB, while the delivery address should have been [redacted] East King Street Flat E Helensburgh G84 7BP (top floor). Upon checking the online tracking, it showed that my parcel was delivered on the 21st of December when it actually was not. Following a call to the helpline, I was informed that the GPS coordinates revealed the package was dropped off at the wrong address. I received automated emails and made additional calls but received inconsistent information, including that the driver was absent due to illness. I find it concerning that my parcel successfully traveled from Hong Kong to Nantgarw Wales but mysteriously vanished in the last 40 miles with no trace, despite GPS data and a designated driver being involved. I have been advised to commence a claims process and seek a refund from the seller, which poses challenges due to language barriers on their website. I have attempted to contact them without any response thus far. If there was a direct contact number for the depot, I would have reached out to them directly to address the issue as resolving it from Hong Kong seems impractical. In essence, the goods I purchased have disappeared while under Yodel's care, and their lack of responsiveness and accountability is troubling.

I tracked my package today and noticed it went from 9 parcels ahead of mine to just 1. I waited by my door as my doorbell is broken, but there was no delivery truck or any attempt to deliver my parcel. The tracking status was updated to show an attempted delivery, but no one came. Without a working buzzer, I am unsure where or when they tried to deliver.

I find Yodel's tracking system very frustrating. The system keeps stating my delivery will arrive today, but then it gets delayed without any proper updates. Given the current situation with Covid-19 and the snow, I understand delays are possible, but the misleading information from the tracking system is not helpful. If Yodel can't improve its tracking system to provide accurate information, it might be better to not have one at all. I would rather have no updates than unreliable ones.
