After chatting for 40 minutes, I was informed that my parcel would be delivered by 2:30. Despite a delay, I stayed on chat until 4:45, only to be told conflicting information. Disappointed, I have the chat transcript printed as evidence. Amazingly, a tracking message was backdated, claiming the property couldn't be found. This experience has been frustrating, and it confirms my doubts about the reliability of this company.

My tracking number, JJD[redacted][redacted], shows that my parcel has been marked as delivered through the letterbox, but I haven't received it, and my neighbors don't have it either. The item is sewing machine electrical parts with a foot pedal, which I doubt would fit through a standard letterbox. I am concerned about the delivery and would like more information on what happened to my package. If it does not show up by tomorrow, I will need to file a complaint with Amazon regarding this issue.

I was away from home and out of communication from November 29th to December 3rd. Yodel attempted delivery of my parcel three times during this period, but I was not informed in advance as usual. Despite having neighbors willing to sign for packages, no one was approached. The orange tickets left indicated the parcel was returned to a local service center at Nant Graw in Cardiff, which is 90 miles away from my location in Shropshire. After struggling to contact Yodel and being told to contact the sender, I eventually spoke with Janek, who promised to arrange delivery for Thursday, December 5th, but it did not arrive. Subsequent interactions with Rodwill and Ankit only led to more frustration. I expect the parcel to be delivered on Monday or Tuesday, and I request proper communication regarding the delivery. I was supposed to get a package from Wren on Friday. I was provided with 2 delivery time frames, but the parcel didn't arrive on Friday or Saturday. According to the tracking information, they claim to have attempted delivery and left a card, but there was no card left at my house. My husband was home all day, and our cameras show that no one approached our property. I'm unsure about the status of my parcel and when I can expect to receive it. If it does not arrive tomorrow, I plan to reach out to Wren for assistance.

My items were supposed to be delivered today, but there seems to be a delay with no additional information provided. I received a call from my mother's care home informing me that she needs to go to the hospital. I've attempted to change the delivery schedule, but the system is not allowing me to do so. I am inquiring about package JD[redacted][redacted] sent by GAP, which was said to have been delivered to my business address on Tuesday, December 3rd at 1:00 PM. Our concierge desk did not log any parcel upon delivery. The tracking information shows it was delivered to the Farnborough Service Centre with GAP listed as the signatory, which is confusing as the delivery address is at Belevedere House in Basingstoke and Myf Plunkett was the intended recipient from GAP. On Thursday and Friday, I couldn't locate my address. After finally speaking to a human, I was assured my package would be marked as urgent for Monday delivery. I changed my address and spent the day at my parents' house. I tracked the package and saw it was near my home when I suddenly received a message saying "Sorry we missed you," despite being home all day. No delivery card was left, and the item wasn't placed in the safe spot I requested. It seems like the driver didn't attempt to deliver it to my parents' house and just left a standard missed delivery message for all locations before ending the day at 7 p.m. This is unacceptable after the package was marked as urgent. I won't accept "no safe location" as an excuse, especially when we have a gate and have had packages left in the bin before. This situation since Thursday has ruined my 4-year-old's birthday, as this was his main gift and cost a lot. It seems I may need to collect it myself, resulting in a 2-hour round trip. This experience has been a headache and heartbreaking for my little boy. If I have to pick it up myself, I expect reimbursement for the fuel costs.

I ordered 6 parcels from Chinese suppliers on AliExpress while moving house. Despite confirming twice that they would send them to my new address, they were sent to the old one. I have tried contacting neighbors and checking with Yodel, who claim four parcels were delivered and two are missing. They advised me to request a lost form from the seller, but the Chinese suppliers are uncooperative because Yodel lacks email contact. Yodel denies responsibility and I am now £[redacted] out of pocket.

I had a delivery scheduled for yesterday, 10/12/19, to 76 Haig Avenue, Chatham Kent, ME4 5UF. It was supposed to be a king-size mattress, but I never received it. The delivery notification claimed it was left with a neighbor at [redacted], signed by Alis. However, I do not have a neighbor named Alis, and the house numbers on Haig Avenue only go up to 84. Can you please investigate this issue further? I would like to ensure my parcel is delivered to the correct address or receive a refund.

I reached out to your team about a parcel that the app states was delivered through my letterbox yesterday, but I did not receive it. Yesterday, I contacted your team through webchat, and I was informed they needed to speak to the driver. I am still awaiting an update. I also left messages on the driver's mobile number requesting a call back, providing both my mobile and home numbers, but I have not received a response yet. I am eager to receive my parcel or at least understand which letterbox it was supposedly delivered to, as it was definitely not mine.

I'm having an issue with a parcel that supposedly was delivered on 4/12/19 at 13:20. The signature is illegible according to Yodel. There hasn't been any parcel received here all day. Yodel mentioned the delivery was to an older man in his 70s with his wife. I've requested a description of the house, but Yodel couldn't provide one and claimed they attempted to retrieve the parcel but no one was home. I've asked for the driver to visit, but they haven't come by despite staying in all the time. Today is the 12th, and I've been experiencing this issue for a week now. I made a call today and requested to speak to a manager, they said someone would call me back. I'm eager to know when this will be resolved.

Hello, I recently purchased a battery charger from eBay. According to the tracking information, it was delivered by Yodel on Wednesday. However, I was at home that day, and no one from Yodel came by. Hello, I need to address an issue with a package that was delivered to my residence today while I was away. I received a text confirming its delivery to a neighbor, but upon returning home, I discovered it left on our doorstep with the neighbor unaware. While thankfully it was untouched, the discrepancy between the notification and the actual delivery is both disrespectful and unprofessional. Being informed that it was left with a neighbor only to find it unattended on our doorstep is quite honestly disappointing and inconvenient.

Good morning. I received a parcel from you this morning at 8:40 a.m. on a Sunday. The delivery driver knocked so loudly on the door that it startled me and my wife awake. I believe deliveries this early on a Sunday morning are not acceptable. Your website states that you do not deliver on Sundays, so it seems like someone is not following the policy. This situation has left me extremely frustrated. It seems like someone may be dishonest or overly eager to complete deliveries, claiming they finished them all the previous day or taking on too many deliveries in one day. Thank you, Yodel, for disrupting my only opportunity to sleep in. I plan to inform everyone I know about this. This is truly unacceptable.

On Thursday, I was tracking a parcel that did not arrive. I suspect it may have been delivered to the wrong postcode. A person called me on Friday, December 6, and informed me that the driver went to a house in Dalswinton, where an elderly gentleman provided my contact information to the driver. The driver mentioned that he was provided with the incorrect postcode. I provided him with my correct address, Mr. Fraser, 2 Merrick Place, Lochside, Dumfries, DG2 9QP. I believe the parcel might have been left at the wrong doorstep as there was no delivery card left. The reference number I received on Thursday, December 5, was JD[redacted][redacted].

I received the parcel twice at my address. The driver refused to leave it since my house is under renovation. I drove to Carrickfergus to collect it as advised, but it wasn't there. Hi, I'm Michelle from [redacted] Burns Road, Wellingborough, NN8 3RR. My parcel went missing on 12/10/19. The delivery person said it was left behind my bins, but I couldn't find it when I got back from London. After contacting them, they claimed it was left in my nonexistent porch. I recently received a notification that my package was delivered to a "safe place." Since I didn't designate any specific spot and was away at work, I reached out to my neighbor to check around my house for the parcel. Unfortunately, the delivery person had left it blatantly visible on my doorstep, making it easily noticeable to passersby. Thankfully, my neighbor retrieved it for me. I am puzzled as to why the driver wouldn't make an effort to conceal the package for safety and privacy reasons.
