My delivery driver didn't even attempt to reach my actual door. I reside in a block of flats where you need to ring my flat number for me to let you in. The driver left a card with no name or address on it outside the building, claiming I wasn't in, even though I was home all day. I rushed down the stairs to let the driver in, but by then, they had already left in their van. Now, I am left waiting for my delivery to be reattempted.

I have encountered a few issues with Yodel recently that I haven't experienced before. To start, I didn't receive a card and now I am struggling to arrange for delivery or pick up of my package.
Even though I made a card payment for international fees and received an email confirmation of payment months ago, my order still hasn't arrived. Fashionova directed me to Yodel as their trusted courier. They provided me with a contact number and a tracking number to follow online. Despite seeing that my parcel is at the Dartford depot, I haven't been able to arrange redelivery or speak to a representative.
I would appreciate it if you could assist me and explain my options as I have been waiting for my parcel for months. I have already paid for the product and customs fees, so I am confused as to why my parcel hasn't been delivered yet. Here are my details for reference:

I've been awaiting my eBay parcel for two days. When I contacted the sender today about the delivery problem, they advised me to reach out to Yodel. However, my experience turned into a nightmare. The automated system in customer service couldn't resolve my issue, and the live customer support wasn't functioning correctly, with phone support being chargeable.
I am considering returning the parcel and requesting a refund. I have informed the sender to consider changing their delivery service as I frequently encounter similar problems with Yodel. The drivers fail to visit my property, do not leave a delivery card, and instead return the parcel to the depot for pick up.
I simply want my parcel to be delivered to my door.

I have yet to receive my two pairs of trainers. According to Yodel, they have left them at my address, but it is not a safe location and I did not have to sign for them. The delivery note states they were left in a back porch, but that option was never communicated to me. I have contacted Yodel multiple times at my own expense regarding the missing trainers and the frustration of their delivery process. I demand action to be taken promptly. There was no attempt to knock on my door, leave a note, or offer three redelivery attempts. I require either the return of my items or proof of non-delivery to claim a refund from the seller. I urge Yodel to investigate the driver responsible for leaving my parcel in an insecure location. Proper protocol should have involved delivering it to a neighbor, leaving a redelivery note, or clearly marking where the item was placed.

I had arranged for a wine delivery with Yodel on 11th November, but as I was on vacation, I rescheduled for the 18th. Unfortunately, the delivery did not arrive on the 18th or the 19th. I changed the delivery date to the 21st, but once again, no wine was delivered. After speaking with their chat support, I was told it would arrive on the 22nd, but now, the tracking indicates I have to collect it from their depot. The service has been unreliable, and their lack of accountability is frustrating. If they can't fulfill their promises, they should refund the payment to the supplier. I contacted yodel customer service last Thursday regarding my parcel with tracking number JJD[redacted][redacted]. I was informed that it was being returned to the supplier due to it being refused at my address. However, I never refused the parcel, and the driver did not leave a collection card. The address is correct, so there must have been a mistake. I am frustrated that I was not given the option to collect it from a depot. I will not pay VAT twice for the same item. I tried to reach out to you through chat yesterday, but my conversation was interrupted by my nurse. I left a message explaining the situation and why I couldn't continue. I received a text from Yodel mentioning a pickup window between 15:00 and 17:45. However, Yodel's site claims they attempted delivery twice and found no one available. I have a disability and rely on Yodel to collect my parcels. I've always had positive experiences with Yodel's delivery staff until now, so I suspect there may have been a new driver. I received an email stating that the driver left the parcel in the porch with a card just before 9 am on December 2nd. I reside in a two-story block of flats with an intercom entry system. On Mondays, there is a coffee morning with people coming and going, so there were witnesses. I have already checked with the residents who were present, and the parcel is not in the complex manager's office. The parcel is from WANB-INT, with tracking number JD[redacted][redacted]. I need to report an incident involving a driver with the vehicle registration PJ65 CGO on 3/12/19 between 18:10-18:30 northbound on M1. The driver was intimidating other road users and driving dangerously.
I also want to address a concerning interaction I had with a customer service representative named SIPHO when I called to lodge a complaint about the driver. SIPHO laughed at me when I provided my name for feedback and then abruptly ended the call. Upon calling back and requesting to speak to a manager, I was informed that the manager had left for a family emergency.

I have not yet received my package from Yodel. The delivery driver supposedly left the parcel in the main entrance of my 8-story building with 50 flats, but my flat is on the 6th floor, not the main entrance. This situation is not secure at all, especially for a clearly labeled package in a communal area. Despite speaking to Ms. Sisandra at customer service multiple times, each time she promises a resolution within 24 hours but never follows through, making it necessary for me to keep calling them. The package contains four books for an online training course that I urgently need. Yodel's tracking system claims the package was delivered on the 20th of November in the lobby, considered a secure place. I require a refund for the goods and shipping from America promptly.

I've previously discussed the issue with order JD[redacted][redacted]. It was reported as delivered on 14/11 to a secure porch, which I don't have. The driver couldn't locate the item, advising me to contact the seller. Despite this, I received the same response from them stating the item was delivered. They asked me to contact Yodel at 0[redacted] / 0[redacted] for proof of undelivery, as attached. This proof is needed for a refund or replacement. I apologize for any inconvenience. Hello, I recently checked my model app to track my delivery and it shows that my order has been delivered, but unfortunately, I have not received it yet. Upon inquiring, I was informed that the package was signed for by someone named Toni. I have checked with all my neighbors, none of whom have my delivery or go by that name. I purchased 2 x 5-liter containers of snow foam and 2 x 5-liter containers of road traffic remover from a Manchester company with a delivery promised around November 25-27. It appears the items were scanned into the Aberdeen depot on November 24. After waiting for nine days, I visited the depot and was informed that though the parcel was originally scanned in, it couldn't be found. Recently, I was notified that the parcel was located, but unfortunately, it had sustained damage and must be returned to the seller. I am puzzled as to why I wasn't informed sooner about this situation instead of being left in the dark.

I recently received a parcel that was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address by your service. The package was left at number 49, a house down the street from me that seems unoccupied. It is concerning that the delivery was made to a random house without verifying the correct address. I am now unable to retrieve the package and would like to request a refund for this error.

My parcel with reference JD[redacted][redacted] was dispatched from the supplier on December 2nd and reached your Preston depot at 01:49 on Tuesday, December 3rd, for its final delivery to No19, BB 7PA with an estimated same-day delivery. Unfortunately, it has not yet arrived, and the tracking page still displays an estimated delivery date of December 3rd.
According to my conversation with Brigitte during a web chat yesterday, she mentioned that the parcel was delayed and would now be delivered on Friday, December 6th. However, it is already past this date, and I am unable to reach anyone via phone for further assistance. I am concerned and confused about the status of my delivery. Can you please provide me with an update on when it will be delivered?
