Hi, I'm Marius. I recently ordered an office chair with delivery by Yodel. The tracker indicated that the package was delivered, but upon arriving home, all I found was a piece of paper with my name and number on it. It seems like this might be where the delivery person left the package. Unfortunately, there was no signature required as indicated on the tracker, and the package is now missing. Additionally, our door clearly states not to leave packages in such a manner. So, all that remains is the piece of paper with my details on it.

My parcel tracking indicates that it was delivered and left on the back porch, but I do not have one. I have been home all morning with my two dogs who bark when someone approaches. No delivery card was left. I have been unable to connect to the web chat for the last 45 minutes as it's constantly busy or not working at all. We were eagerly tracking our parcel when we noticed it was only two roads away. Excited for its arrival, we waited at our front door for the delivery truck. However, upon checking the page again, it claimed they couldn't deliver as we weren't in, leaving a slip we never received. We were frustrated as we were clearly present at the time. We are baffled by the delivery team's false claims. We demand they correct this mistake and bring us our parcel as soon as possible.

I have been trying to reach out for assistance but have been unsuccessful in speaking with a customer service representative. I missed my delivery on Wednesday even though I was home and buzzed the entry, yet the delivery person did not come to my door. I am unable to schedule a redelivery as it requires at least one attempt to deliver, which I believe was made on Wednesday night, although I did not receive a missed delivery card. I have been trying to contact customer service for three days now without success. I would appreciate it if someone could assist me in getting my parcel delivered promptly. I received two SMS messages on separate days, 2nd and 3rd of October. However, there is no parcel at my address, and no Yodel couriers card. After notifying Yodel via Webchat, I was assured an update but have not received any information yet. Despite another delivery text for the 3rd, I still have not received the parcel or a card. The reference numbers provided are JD[redacted][redacted] and another ending in [redacted]. The parcel is from John Lewis, but since I shop online frequently, I'm unsure of the specific item. I recently had an issue with a parcel delivery from Yodel. Despite clearly indicating that a neighbor would be a better option, the package was left on my front porch, which is not a designated safe place. Even after updating my delivery instructions to avoid specific neighbors, the parcel was still left in an unsuitable location. This is not the first time this has happened, and it is evident of their incompetence.
In addition, no calling card was left despite receiving a supposed "confirmation" email stating otherwise. I am finding it extremely difficult to contact Yodel regarding this matter.
I want to clarify that this problem lies with Yodel and not the retailer, Muscle Food. Out of the two deliveries I’ve had from Yodel, both have been highly unsatisfactory. This recurring issue is not only a waste of time but also a waste of the money spent on these deliveries.

I would like to raise a complaint regarding Yodel's alleged failed delivery attempts, when in fact, they have not even come to my residence. Currently, my package is stuck at their depot, and due to my disability, I am unable to collect it myself. The sender doesn't seem to grasp Yodel's untruthful claims. Could you kindly reach out to Yodel to rectify this situation for a genuine delivery attempt for JD[redacted][redacted] at BS6 7DN? For further guidance, my location can be easily identified by a blue sign labeled Alderman Park, where Hyde Apartments are situated. Much appreciated.

I was tracking my delivery last Wednesday from 2pm as I was expecting my parcel that day. I kept refreshing every 10-15 minutes eager to get my package. By 5pm, there were only 2 stops before my building. Despite informing my concierges, I learned at 5:20 that the driver couldn't access my building and I needed to reschedule the delivery. Paying for next day delivery was pointless if the package did not arrive as expected. I needed the items for my trip starting Thursday and was frustrated.
Efforts to contact customer service via phone and webchat were fruitless. I expressed my dissatisfaction at the driver not attempting to deliver despite our accessible building. I requested another delivery attempt but was told nothing could be done. Eventually, the package arrived after 3pm on Thursday, which was unacceptable considering the circumstances.

I received a Autumn planter Barrel delivery from Marks and Spencer twice via Yodel. Both times, the flowers arrived loose in the box with compost scattered all over, indicating rough handling during transit. Despite the second delivery being a replacement, it was in worse condition than the original, leading us to refuse the package. The driver displayed a poor attitude and claimed it made no difference to him. I was informed via email that my parcel with tracking number JJD[redacted][redacted] would be delivered this morning. Unfortunately, I was not home to give a signature. After receiving another email stating the delivery was made, I still have not found the parcel or a calling card. I searched around the outside of my house, but found nothing. I have been waiting for my parcel, but my driver claims to have attempted delivery three times and left three calling cards. However, it seems like he might be going to the wrong address as I have been home during two of the supposed delivery attempts. My house's secluded location might be causing confusion. Therefore, I would like to update the delivery address to a more accessible location. It is inconvenient for me to go to the depot, especially when the driver is struggling to locate my house. Hello, I waited at home for my parcel all of yesterday and received a text and email notifying me that the delivery driver had "missed me," which was impossible since I was waiting by the door. Unfortunately, no delivery card was left either. The local depot is too far for me to reach, and without a card, I can't collect the parcel. It seems the delivery driver did not even try to deliver my package as I didn't spot anyone in my area until I received the missed delivery notification. I needed the parcel yesterday, and now the remaining delivery days don't work for me. Yodel mentioned they would attempt to redeliver today, but that option is now missing. Today, a Yodel delivery was attempted at my residence. Despite being home with my husband in the living room with the TV on and the dog asleep, the delivery driver did not knock on the door. Upon reviewing the CCTV footage, it was evident that the driver only touched the glass panel, giving the impression of knocking. When the card was put through the letterbox, it startled our dog. My husband went to the front door, but the driver was already in his van driving away without attempting to contact the number on file. This has unfortunately not been the first time we have had delivery issues with Yodel. I believe the driver's actions indicate potential dishonesty. The card number left is [redacted]6. I am contacting you regarding a delivery issue I encountered. I attempted to track the driver through the app due to the complexity of my location. I went downstairs when the app indicated the driver was two stops away to ensure I wouldn't miss the delivery. Despite waiting outside for half an hour, the delivery did not arrive. I later received notification that delivery was attempted and I would need to collect it from a depot that is inconveniently located and hard for me to reach.

My parcel hasn't been delivered on three separate occasions even though someone was home each time. No delivery cards were left. The emails stating to collect from the depot had non-functional links. The website, app, and automated phone system were all unhelpful. I drove to the Sheffield depot only to find out it no longer exists despite being listed on Google. I am extremely dissatisfied. I am reaching out regarding parcel JJD[redacted][redacted].
Today, I tracked my package and saw that the driver was just 3 deliveries away from my location. However, I received a text stating that the parcel was delivered to a lobby, which does not exist in my building. I did not request the delivery to a safe space either. Despite checking my neighbors and the surroundings, the parcel is nowhere to be found. I did not receive a delivery card, my apartment was not buzzed for entry, and I did not receive a call for directions.
I contacted Yodel customer services, but unfortunately, they were unhelpful. They mentioned they could not reach the driver as they do not carry a mobile phone. I am willing to pick up the parcel from a nearby street if needed. This parcel is important to me, and I urgently need it.
I kindly request assistance on how to have the parcel re-delivered to me.

I left my parcel with a neighbor, but no one has returned it to me yet. I called yesterday to report this because the driver did not provide a contact number on the card for me to reach out and find out which neighbor has my parcel. I am still waiting for an update on this matter. It would be great if someone could investigate who delivered the parcel and why there has been no communication about this issue.

I ordered a piece of equipment and received only 2 out of 3 parcels on the expected delivery date. Yodel claimed one parcel was at the depot the day before delivery, but all 3 parcels were scanned in minutes apart at the depot. The Yodel representative I spoke to on the phone abruptly ended the call, leaving me without answers. The website now states the last parcel will arrive 3 days later, contrary to all parcels being collected on the same day. The missing parcel is crucial as it contains the main part I need.
