Good afternoon, **I am writing about parcel JJD****************. **I was tracking my parcel today, could see the driver was * deliveries away from me. *Then got a text my parcel was delivered to my lobby, but there is no parcel insight. I don't even have a lobby in my building and never requested the delivery to a safe space.*I went all the way downstairs, checked my neighbours, but there is no parcel here. I did not get a card left, my apartment was not buzzed for a delivery person to be let in and I did not get a call either if the delivery person was lost.*I called Yodel customer services but they were not helpful. Said they cannot contact the driver because they do not carry a mobile phone (?). If you could tell me where it's been left I wouldn't even mind picking it up from a street next to me. *I really need this parcel. **Please let me know how this will get re-delivered to me. **Thanks*Vai
