Postcode wrong on delivery address

If the postcode on your delivery address is incorrect, we recommend contacting Yodel immediately. They may be able to amend the address if the package hasn't been shipped yet. However, once the package is out for delivery, it's often difficult to change the address due to logistics and delivery process. If the package is undeliverable due to the wrong postcode, it would typically be returned to the sender. Further actions or potential re-delivery would have to be coordinated directly with the sender. Email says parcel delivered but we didn’t receive it

My parcel says it’s been delivered, I cannot get my code

Apologies for the confusion. Usually, the tracking information on the Yodel website is updated to reflect that a package has been delivered. If you weren't home at the time of delivery, the delivery driver might have left it with a neighbor or in a safe place and should have left a calling card with this information. Check with your neighbours or around your property. If you are still unable to locate your parcel, we recommend that Yodel's customer service be contacted for further assistance. They are the best ones to assist you in investigating the location of your parcel.

Lost parcel delivered to wrong address

We're sorry to hear about your lost parcel. If your Yodel package was delivered to the wrong address, we advise you to first check your delivery notification. Often, parcels are left with a neighbor or in a safe location like your garden or porch. If your parcel is still missing, you can report it through the Yodel app or website. No collection code and website says email not valid
