Can I redirect my package to a different address after it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, Yodel does not offer the option to redirect packages to a different address once they have been shipped. Once the package is in transit, the delivery route and address details are already assigned and cannot be altered. It is essential to ensure that you provide the correct shipping address during the ordering process to avoid any delivery complications. However, if you anticipate not being available at the delivery address, you may have the option to reschedule the delivery or arrange for it to be collected from a local Yodel depot.
