An unexpected attempt to deliver today. Orange card left, driver wrote AT DOOR on it. No packages at any door or in my stated safe place which is advised to ALL suppliers. Card number is not recognise by their system.
The card is WRONG, put through my letter box on gate. Clearly driver didn't go to any door.
Deliver the goods!
Their card number is not recognised by their system, no contact available, no webchat (for what its worth which is usually pointless as all they do is argue), no email, no phones answered.

Eventually got through to their customer services, and it turns out that the drivers can cancel a card, but then no record is kept on their systems, so nobody can work it out! It didn't help that no information was written on the card with names dates etc.
