This month (September ****) I started experiencing an issue with my @att.net email that is hosted by Yahoo. Some non spam emails are being sent to my Spam Folder on the webmail server. I can designate it as "Not Spam" and it will temporarily move it back to the inbox but ultimately will eventually send it back to the Spam Folder. I even used the Filter options where I set up a filter*rule when it see's my wife's email to send it to the inbox as follows: Deliver to "Inbox" if From contains "*****@***.com" (wife's email replaced with *'s to protect the innocent). Once again it will eventually send all the emails to the Spam folder within typically ** minutes. The most frustrating thing is if I call ATT they tell me to call Yahoo and Yahoo has no technical support phone number to call to get assistance with the issue.
