I have an urgent issue that needs to be addressed.
Yesterday, I discovered that three of my long-standing Yahoo email accounts have disappeared unexpectedly. These accounts have been in use for over 25 years, and I relied on them daily until yesterday. They contain crucial emails and documents. However, whenever I try to access them, I receive an error stating that the accounts do not exist. Messages sent to these accounts are bouncing back.
I reside in The Netherlands, while these accounts are US-based (.com).
I contacted Yahoo support around 10 PM (GMT+1), and the representative confirmed that the accounts exist but couldn't access them. They promised to escalate the matter to the Tech helpdesk, but I have not received any follow-up. I called Yahoo support again this morning, and the agent stated that the accounts are nonexistent and declined to connect me with Tech Support.
I want to emphasize that these accounts were fully functional until yesterday, containing thousands of emails. I am concerned that they might have been hacked or intentionally disabled, especially since they contain private correspondence.
I urgently request assistance in retrieving these accounts. Kindly advise me on the appropriate steps to take or provide me with contacts who can help restore my access. Your prompt response will be greatly appreciated.

Dear Support Team,
I have been experiencing issues with my main Yahoo account ([redacted]) since October 28th. I am currently in Iran and use a VPN due to filtering here, which might be causing the problem. Despite trying all the recommended solutions provided by Yahoo, I am still unable to recover my account.
I signed up for this account in [redacted] and remember that [redacted] was my alternate email. I am finding it difficult to stay connected with my international contacts, particularly those in Germany. Your assistance in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello. For over a year now, I have been unable to access my Yahoo Mail account. I initially set up the Yahoo app on an Alcatel phone with a key and later switched to a Samsung device. Unfortunately, I deleted the app and forgot the key. Despite knowing my password, I can't log in anymore. Every time I try, it asks for the password and the first two security questions. Regrettably, I forgot the second security question, as it's been over 10 years since I created the account.

I am seeking assistance regarding my old email address, which was registered under the user id brettgaughan. I am hoping to regain access to this account as it mirrors my first and last name perfectly. Over the years, I have used this email for numerous registrations, ranging from video games to college applications. I believe I initially created this account around [redacted] at my previous address in Middlebury, CT [redacted]. Although I updated the password roughly a year or two ago, I neglected to update my records and now cannot recall the new password. For a long time, the password I used was side074nag289. Due to setting up the security questions when I was younger, I am unable to provide the correct answers, like for “where was your honeymoon.” Any assistance in recovering this account would be highly appreciated.

Outlook [redacted] (desktop) is having trouble connecting to [redacted] I have multiple IMAP email accounts ending in .att.net, previously with worldnet, then att, and now Yahoo. The other accounts work well. I can log into [redacted] through mail.yahoo.com on my iPhone and iPad, but not on multiple machines. The machines are up-to-date and functional except for this issue. I use W10 Pro, O365 is verified, updated, and I have tried troubleshooting steps like repairing, reinstalling O365, and creating a new profile. However, when I try to add [redacted] to O365 again, it fails with an error message about the incoming server. The settings appear correct. I have also ruled out iCloud interference and Wi-Fi issues. This problem has been ongoing for about three days after losing access on my iPhone. I suspect some block on the account causing the connection issue. I would appreciate Yahoo's assistance in resolving this matter as [redacted] is crucial for accessing my Microsoft Account.

Good morning. I am currently residing in Italy and own a Surface PC running Windows 10. The issue I am facing involves my client email Outlook [redacted]. Starting last week, the POP mail server stopped accepting my email password. I am receiving an error message stating "Outlook could not connect to POP mail server because the server did not accept user name or password." Despite resetting my password multiple times and reconfiguring my account, the problem persists on all my devices - Surface PC, an old Windows XP PC, and my Samsung 10 Android phone. This server error has occurred in the past and resolved itself after a few days as abruptly as it began. It would be greatly appreciated if you could assist in "resetting" my Yahoo account at your earliest convenience. Thank you. Kind regards, Marco Arese. Contact me at [redacted]

Hello,
I'm Panagiota Pavlaki, and I'm experiencing difficulty accessing my email account. The trouble began when I attempted to set up my Yahoo Mail on a new device. Despite numerous efforts, I couldn't get in because the account key was being sent to an old phone I no longer use. Yahoo also sent a code to a very old secondary email address that is inactive now. When trying to use my phone number, it claims it doesn't exist. I've been trying to contact Yahoo Help since November [redacted] without success. I've detailed the issue twice and received an incident number [redacted], but there has been no resolution. I've tried all methods available, but it seems your system could be more user-friendly and adaptable. Could you please reset my password for my email address [redacted] and reactivate my account with all the messages intact? If you can't assist me, kindly provide me with the contact information of the appropriate department or person who can help.

I have two important Yahoo email accounts: Primary 1 (cemengin911@yahoo) and Primary 2 (cemandme@yahoo).
While trying to recover a password on Spotify.com from my Primary 1 account, I realized the response was sent to my Primary 2 account. I added cemandme@yahoo to my cemengin911@yahoo account to facilitate the transition between the two.
However, upon opening my inbox, I found it empty, as if the account was newly created. My long-standing cemandme@yahoo account seems to have been replaced by this new empty account.
I am baffled by what happened to my existing account, which has been in use for many years. This situation is distressing, especially if it cannot be fixed. Yahoo has let me down before, and this feels like another huge disappointment.

I have been dealing with issues stemming from the data breach in [redacted]. Despite working with online support for months, I have been unable to access my account due to being locked out for unusual activity. The system tries to send a password reset to an old hotmail email and my previous cell number, both of which I can no longer access. Following the breach, I would like to regain access to my account but was unsuccessful contacting support as they requested a credit card, which I do not possess. I used to be a satisfied Yahoo user before these problems led me to switch to Gmail. I am hopeful that someone can assist in resetting my account to allow me to use Yahoo again. Thank you for your attention, Jason.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Yahoo email account. Yahoo has sent me a message stating that if I do not log in soon, all of the data will be erased.
It is crucial for me to regain access to my Yahoo account. The phone number and email address linked to my account for verification are no longer accessible because:
1. I have changed countries and no longer use that phone number.
2. I have forgotten the password for the linked email account.
I kindly request assistance in recovering access to my Yahoo email account: [redacted]

Hello there,
I am seeking assistance with verifying my identity for my email account. I have been attempting to resolve this matter by reaching out via email multiple times over the past few days without success. I am frustrated as there is a possibility that someone has gained unauthorized access to my emails and has altered the content. Therefore, I am concerned about the security of my bank cards as well.
I have previously provided my passport photo and an old phone number linked to another account as proof of my identity. I understand the importance of verifying access, and I am willing to cooperate further to confirm that I am the rightful owner of the account.
If the provided information is insufficient, I kindly request a call at [redacted]9 to assist in resolving this urgent matter promptly. I hope to regain access to my long-standing email account, as I have tried to access it without success despite knowing my password.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I used to be a Yahoo.com user and had linked it to one of my social media accounts. I was logged out of the social media platform and now need my recovery code sent to my Yahoo email. Strangely, when I log into my Yahoo account, it automatically switches to Yahoo.co.id, where my recovery code doesn't seem to be delivered. I want to regain access to my Yahoo.com account as I have no use for Yahoo.co.id.

I oversee the email service for a bank. Our emails, including statements and transaction updates, are not reaching our Yahoo customers due to our IP address being blocked. We have conducted various blacklist checks, like Spamhaus, which show that our IP is not associated with spam. We need help whitelisting our IP address with Yahoo to ensure our customers receive their important information.

I have contacted your technical department twice without success. The first time, I paid £5 for unhelpful information. The second time, after being asked to pay again, I was disconnected before resolving the issue. The [redacted] helpline is unreachable. I am unable to access my Yahoo email account on my laptop despite receiving verification codes on my phone. I attempted to use Google to access my account, changed passwords, and logged in and out without success. Creating a new account only presents a blank screen with no access to previous emails. I urgently need to print an email from my laptop. My email is [redacted] and my phone number is 07[redacted]38. Thank you.
