I am not receiving any authentication codes to access my Yahoo email account from my computer. Talking to Yahoo Customer Support Live was of no assistance at all, because Customer service suggested that the authentication codes from Yahoo were not reaching me due to the bandwidth of my phone service and this proved untrue. My phone service provider checked the messaging service on my phone and concluded that it was working perfectly. The recovery email has long been discontinued and I cannot change the phone number, since I can't access my email account. Now* Yahoo wants me to pay some third-party (BBB) in $$$ to chat. I wonder whether Yahoo cares about it's long term customers or fleecing their money. I am a very frustrated customer and would like a solution to my Yahoo Mail account problem rather than pay big bucks to chat with a third-party that may or may not find a fix. I can't afford it. Yahoo was customer-oriented when I signed up in ***** customers were number one in ****, but we are now dealing with robots or paying third parties for customer service without any positive solutions - it is insane. Kindly Advise me on how I can access my Yahoo email account from my computer without paying some third-party in America or tell me to leave Yahoo for another email service provider. Thanks.
