I recently changed phone carriers and numbers. I cannot access my Yahoo mail account which I have had for over a decade because it requires text verification to my old phone number. My account is [redacted] and my old number is [redacted]. I know my login and password, and everything is linked to this email. I have tried to answer the security questions, but they are about folders I have created and who emails me the most, which I do not know. I have a state-issued ID with my full name (Kodi Canty) that I use for various services like school, FAFSA, and Credit Karma. I desperately need access to my account as it is vital for my activities. The situation is frustrating as I possess the correct login credentials.

Hello, I recently discovered that my Yahoo email account, [redacted], was hacked, and the hacker used it to send blackmail emails requesting payment in bitcoin. I promptly changed my password but have been unable to access my account since then, as it keeps saying the password is incorrect. I suspect it could be another hacking attempt or that I may have forgotten the password in my haste to change it. Unfortunately, I did not add a recovery phone number, and my recovery email is inaccessible because it leads back to my compromised Yahoo account. I am willing to provide my phone number to receive the account recovery code as I urgently need to regain access to my email. I assure you that I am the genuine account holder. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently discovered that my Yahoo email account [redacted] was hacked. The hacker was sending blackmailing emails demanding money in bitcoin. I promptly changed my password but now I am unable to log in as it says incorrect password. I fear it may be another hacking attempt or I simply forgot the password in the rush. Unfortunately, I never added a recovery phone number and my recovery email is inaccessible. The only recovery option is my compromised Yahoo email. I can verify myself by providing my phone number for the recovery code. I am the legitimate owner of this account and really need to regain access. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am locked out of both of my linked email accounts. I cannot remember the passwords for either of them, and the activation code process is redirecting me back and forth between the two accounts, leaving me completely locked out. Attempting to recover one just sends me in a loop to the other account. I have been unable to find a resolution or contact Yahoo for assistance despite trying for a year.

I recently broke my phone where my 2 important Yahoo accounts were logged in on the Yahoo Android app. I haven't been able to remember the passwords for these accounts for a while, and now that my phone is completely broken, I no longer have access to either account on my new phone. The email addresses are [redacted] and [redacted], with the latter as the backup recovery account. Unfortunately, I can't recover anything because I can't remember the passwords. I've tried a few passwords with no success, and it's crucial for me to regain access to my Yahoo accounts to recover my Ipsy.com and Birchbox.com passwords. I need to cancel my monthly makeup bag subscriptions that I pay for. Without access to my Yahoo accounts, I'm stuck with these charges, so it's urgent for me to recover or reset the passwords for both accounts promptly to avoid further charges this month. Thank you.

I had to change my password again today for the ninth time. My email address is [redacted] I spoke with an AT&T representative who helped me with that. I use Yahoo as my browser. He suggested reaching out to you. After searching on Google, I found three Customer Care numbers. Two were not working, and the third one had many sales pitches that I didn't need. I prefer speaking to someone directly but decided to try this method. I rely on my email for many important tasks beyond casual conversations. While emailing me is an option, I may not be able to access it promptly as I've had trouble with my email all day. Please reach out to me at [redacted]. Thank you.

Hello, I recently discovered that my Yahoo Mail account (**ssoni**[redacted]) was hacked. The hacker used it to send blackmail emails demanding bitcoin payments. I immediately changed the password, but now I can't access my account as it says the password is incorrect. I'm unsure if it's another attack or if I forgot the new password. I didn't set up a recovery phone number and I can't access the recovery email (**so**[redacted]), which is the hacked Yahoo Mail. This means I can't get the verification code sent to Yahoo to regain my Gmail access. I also can't receive Yahoo's verification code on Gmail. There are verification codes from Google in my Yahoo account, as well as emails from shopping sites. I used this Yahoo account for Facebook, but I changed the email associated with it after the hacking. I am the genuine owner of the Yahoo account and can now provide my phone number for verification purposes. I really need to recover my Yahoo account. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I used a friend's phone number in Upper Michigan 10 years ago, but now I'm on the West Coast without my own phone and unable to recall my current password. This has left me in a bit of a predicament as the old phone number is no longer valid. Six years ago, I had a vivid dream about a 30-foot tall man walking the streets of Vegas, warning about the impending end times. I have written proof of this and need access to my email accounts to provide more details on this and another dream hinting at a danger in India which later manifested in the November [redacted] hotel attack in old Bombay. I am seeking assistance to break free from the challenging circumstances I have faced for the past 35 years, feeling like a nonexistent entity in the changing social landscape.

I would like to request access to my email accounts without constant interception and blockage. I am tired of creating new accounts just to access my emails. For over three years, I have been targeted and blocked from various online platforms due to this issue. Every time, the same excuse is given that an unknown device is trying to access my account, which I know is not the case. It seems that Outlook has been created to intercept emails, which is unacceptable. This situation forces me to attempt accessing my account unlawfully. This crime needs to be addressed. I urge you to allow me access to my email account promptly.

I am having trouble accessing my Yahoo email account. It has been over a year, and I still cannot figure out the password. I no longer have access to the old phone number associated with the account, as it is broken, and I have since gotten a new phone and number. I am hopeful that Yahoo can assist me in recovering access to my account by helping me reset the password or providing any necessary steps to regain entry to my Yahoo mail. Thank you.

My computer crashed, and I can't access my Yahoo emails on my phone as Yahoo has locked me out of my account. I'm 76 years old, still working, and have lost two jobs due to this issue. I find electronics confusing, and my phone is an older model. I tried to create a new password, but it was rejected, and now I'm completely locked out. I understand that people without money are often overlooked, but communication is essential to me. Can you provide assistance through text instead of email? I have given my son's email, but he is unable to assist. Please help me. Thank you.

My phone has stopped working. I recently took advantage of a $60 discount to change my phone number. Unfortunately, my previous phone, where I had all my accounts logged in, is now inaccessible. I can't retrieve the passwords as they were saved on the old phone. Due to the number change, I can't receive the reset codes either. However, I have another email account, [redacted], linked to the one I'm trying to recover, [redacted] Is it possible to send the verification code to the linked email for me to reset the account from there? Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Lori Williams

I am encountering issues accessing my account. When attempting to reset my account, the recovery number listed is no longer in service. I have tried searching online for solutions, but the website does not provide alternative recovery options. The email address I am trying to recover is [redacted], with the current recovery phone number as [redacted]. I am frustrated by the lack of support and the only offered assistance being a $4.99 monthly subscription. Even though I can provide all the necessary account information, including the last password used, I was locked out for accessing it on a different device. If not for the other linked accounts, I would consider leaving Yahoo due to the subscription push. Dealing with similar issues in Google and Outlook accounts, I found their support much more effective and without charging for resolution. The repeated hurdles, lack of progress, and redirection from customer service have left me exasperated. Simply updating my recovery information should not be such a complicated process.

I purchased indoor antennas from Clearview Antennas on August 7, [redacted]. I reached out within the 30-day refund window when they didn't work, and the company offered a reduced fee with no need to return the antennas. I originally contacted them via email from my "[redacted]" account. Now, as I follow up on the refund status after not receiving it, they claim they have no record of our phone conversation or email exchange. Unfortunately, I cannot locate the emails on my computer as it crashed recently, even though I didn't think my emails were stored locally. The emails in question would have been sent around late August or September. Clearview Antennas states they allow 90 days for refunds, which has passed unless I can provide evidence of my earlier communication. The emails were likely addressed to "[redacted]". The company is based in Hayden, ID. I appreciate any assistance in this matter. The charges were $37.40 and $72.76 for the antennas and amplifiers, respectively. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Every time I try to input my password, it doesn't accept it and keeps saying "wrong password." All my passwords have been changed, but not by me. No matter how many times I re-enter the passwords, they get changed again. When I confirm the password, it still says it doesn't match. I'm considering closing my Gmail account entirely as I'm tired of this interference. I'm even thinking of contacting the authorities because someone is preventing my emails from coming through. My Twitter notifications alert me to incoming emails from Gmail, but nothing shows up until three days later. How can I delete my account and shut everything down? I'm contemplating reaching out to Norton Security to track down the perpetrator and returning to Curry's PC World.

A couple of days ago, my phone was stolen, and it contained all my important information. I can't access certain apps on my other devices because I need to confirm my identity with either my phone number or email. Since I can't use my phone, I need to use my email, but I can only access it on my laptop where I'm already signed in. I can't even change my password to secure my email account. This situation is extremely frustrating as I try to piece together my life. I'm reaching out for help to access my email without these obstacles. Please provide a solution so I can feel more secure knowing that my personal information remains protected from the thief who has access to my phone.

About ten days ago, my Yahoo email was hacked. I contacted a number I found for Yahoo, and the representative ran a test, indicating the issue was not on Yahoo's end. They referred me to two Cyber Security Expert firms for assistance. After reaching out to one of the firms, my bank cautioned me about potential scammers and advised against sharing my debit card or checking account information. Despite the company fixing my Yahoo account, I felt unsure about their legitimacy. Even though they are based in San Francisco, I decided not to proceed with payment upon my bank and a Walgreens manager's warnings about the risks involved. The situation made me question who to trust in such circumstances.
