If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

Hello,*I started getting an error message last night that my phone couldn't Sign-in to my sbcglobal.net acct. *Message reads: "Sign-in failed."*When I open the message it says, "Sign in again. Your password has been changed. Enter your new password for the account." However, I did not change my password.*When I attempt to change under email settings I get an error message that reads: "Couldn't verify acct. The username or password is incorrect or POP**IMAP access isn't turned on for this acct. Check you email account settings on the web, then try again."*This still doesn't work. Went to my PC and reset settings and password from there. Took about ** minutes and my phone reset. *Working fine now.
