When I need to access to my email, I put in my email user name and press continue. Yahoo notifies my cell phone, where I press an account key to finish the process of accessing my email. **Problem: I had to get a new cell phone. The new cell phone does not recognize yahoo notification, nor do I have an account key to press. The phone people say they can't help me. I'm locked out of my email. **Yahoo does say it will sent my access info to a backup AOL account, but it's been decades since I accessed that account and I don't know the password.**I need to access my email. I really want to sever the connection between yahoo and my cell phone and go back to a password entry email. **My email is *****@***.com**Please help. Send your response to R*****@***.com**Thanks
