If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

I can access my account via my email account BUT all my emails to and from account are blocked . Fortunately, all my emails from **** onwards are currently in their respected folders and are still there. **i tried to recreate a new email address to forward them to this address so that the emails are preserved but it says there is an account with that same id. However, when I use the same ID in login in, the using the same ID, the email helper it says does not recognise account.**I need to keep tis account open. I received an email supposedly from yahoo and forwarded it the fraud team for verification before I followed links - no response.**The email was saying that anyone under age of ** would be stopped from using their account, so obviously confused as the age for holding an account here in the UK is **. I sent the email to *****@***.com and asked were they seriously stopping under **'s from having an account? That was back in April **th of this year and yet, all they had to do was email back, state that the age of the UK was ** and only those under the age of ** would be prevented from holding an account. Also that the email was genuine and follow the links to check that the correct date of birth was there. **I sent emails to CEO of the now I realise new company OATH and yet still no response. Why?**I cannot access the account because it is asking for an account key which is numbers, none of which I know obviously because it keeps coming back to same confirm pin page (from mobile). **If the account still exists, why can I not get access to it? Why if it exists, is the sign in helper not helping me to access it?
