I am unable to access my e-mail. Normally, I use Outlook to access my Yahoo e-mail and I last accessed my e-mail this way on ** April. Earlier today I attempted to access my e-mail and received no e-mail and was eventually prompted to enter my p***word. After re-entering my p***word, I tried again, but was re-prompted for my p***word.**When I tried access my Yahoo mail from Yahoo, I was unable to sign in as it was saying my p***word is incorrect. When I try resetting my p***word, I am asked which e-mail account to send the validation to. One account is something I've never heard of before, and the other is an account I had canceled ** years ago.**I need ***istance re-establi****ng my yahoo account.
I trust that Yahoo will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
