To reset password on my email account but the phone * on record is an old phone. So online access is not possible. Please help ... A few years ago I could sign in to my account *****@***.com. Apparently I was told it was being used by someone in Mexico. I’m retired disabled army and I had important documents on that email account and would like to recover it if at all possible. I know the missing digits of my old number it asks for but I don’t own that phone anymore and I never setup a secondary recovery email I assume since I’m not prompted to put one. In just says can’t recover my account online. Can you help me?
