I'm trying to make a purchase through a third party Bill to Mobile account which I've used before from my Microsoft account to my Sprint phone number account so basically trying to buy a game and use my Sprint phone number to Bill it and it keeps trying to process it and when it gets right to the end it doesn't have spoken to Sprint and it's not even showing up on their end and they said have no restrictions the game is already downloaded like I paid for it I prepaid for it and I'm out ** bucks now and it's not showing up on my account as a license**Activate the license for Black ops * on my Microsoft account it's already paid for it it's already completely downloaded how can I download it if I didn't pay for it so please activate the license as there's no need that I have to pay for it twice
