Play a game I’ve paid for, which isn’t accessible for no apparent reason, other than a glitch on Microsoft’s end. ... I bought the red dead redemption undead collection when it was on sale either last summer, or the summer before (can't remember off the top of my head, and there doesn't seem to be any date listed on my account as to when it was purchased).**Wanted to fire up undead nightmare last night, and it just keeps taking me to a downloads page.**Don't want to pay another ** bucks for a game i've already paid for, not to mention I don't play games overly often, and not being able to access something, when I rarely get to do it is relatively frustrating.**My xbox live account is: BrotherNature**, and email address associated is: *****@***.com**Thanks for your time.
I don’t get a lot of free time to play games. Here I am still wasting time explaining this issue, which I’m sure will never be resolved unless I actually follow up with a call, myself.
Get in contact with me, and help me resolve this issue.
I’ve been loyal to Microsoft since original Xbox (not to mention lifelong windows user). You guys (not the person reading this, the company as a whole) are really ******** up. That said, customer service is relatively ****** in all industries in ****, so I guess you’ve got that going for you.
Yes. I’ve spent literally hours online, and just scrolling through my Xbox trying to figure out ways to get the game running. Consider spending your personal time doing this, and how frustrating it would be. Then to be prompted by some ****** online customer service software about whether or not my issue has been fixed.
