Purchase V bucks ... Hi I am writing this letter because I recently purchased **$ worth of v bucks and then purchased another **$ and brought items with it..Now recently those items were removed from my account and I contacted epic and it turns out it came down to Microsoft Xbox saying I request a refund which I never did and also never got my money back so basically I lost out on **$ which I would like back on my account as soon as possible. I was highly upset and I would like this problem fixed thank you .
