When trying to log into my account I get wrong password. Following the link to reset password, i get the notification that link to reset password is sent, but i never receive that email. I've check spam folders, but no email. ... i am unable to access my account *****@***.com. Trying to reset my password is not working as wizzair never send me the password reset link, despite the notification displayed that the email is sent.
This is especially frustrating because I cannot login into my account and use services i have paid for
They could make this right by enabling me to log in, to check what is the issue that prevents me login in, and if it's wrong password, to send me a link to reset it.
I have been a wizzair customer for several years now, over * years.
Although I am sure i entered correct password, i've tried to reset it, but i never receive the email with reset link
