Hello. *I have payed online a ticket on wizz air, my bank send me an sms that the money has been taken, but the ticket hasn’t been purchased. And the status of booking when I check on wizz air is: flight underpaid. So than I purchased the ticket from another account. Which means now I have a flight ticket, but also have another flight underpaid booking status, which I don’t need anymore, plus I want my money back for that because the ticket hasn’t been purchased.

GetHuman-flutrah did not yet indicate what Wizz Air should do to make this right.
