I upgraded my Wizz ticket to Wizz Priority in order to bring on a carry-on trolley in-flight. When I saw my dashboard on the website, it said I had *x small handbag but there was no listing for *x carry-on. So I panicked and thought I made a mistake and then scrolled to the available upgrade options and picked one with a trolley.**Unfortunately I later realised that I didn't need to upgrade because I already had the right amount, so the extra upgrade was unnecessary. If it weren't for the website being so unclear, I would not have had to make this mistake and be so worried. I called to ask for clarity about what my allowances actually were and was also told I could not get a refund. The customer service agent was extremely rude to me and said 'no' to me with no explanation, as if he were speaking to a child. I did not see any goodwill on the part of Wizz Air to a customer who has flown several times with them already. **I would appreciate a refund of the **EUR I had paid for and contacted them about within * minutes of making the payment. I find it unreasonable that there is nothing they can do about it and that they first refused to pass me onto a manager and then eventually hung up on me.

GetHuman-wanglisa did not yet indicate what Wizz Air should do to make this right.
